Meet the Volume 66 Team

Hello everyone! My name is Joseph Schafer, and I’m a third-year here at Santa Clara University School of Law. I graduated from Pomona College in 2020 with degrees in Economics and Political Science, and after law school, I’ll be joining Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton as part of their Business Trial Litigation team. I’m deeply enthusiastic about Santa Clara University School of Law and the role our Law Review plays in advancing legal thought both within the Silicon Valley community and beyond. It’s an honor to take the reins and lead such an extraordinary team of student scholars as we continue to publish impactful work and stride to shape the conversation at the intersection of law, policy, and innovation.
