Meet Our Authors

Santa Clara Law Review is proud to recognize and celebrate the authors whose scholarship continually makes our journal one of the nation's top publications regarding law and policy. As such, this page offers our readers a closer look at the brilliant minds behind each issue —highlighting not only their articles but also the stories, inspirations, and ongoing projects that shape their scholarship. By sharing their insights and providing avenues for connection, we hope to foster meaningful dialogue between our authors, students, practitioners, and the broader legal community. We invite you to explore their work and engage with the ideas that continue to advance the conversation in law and policy.
