ALL ROADS LEAD TO THE HUB: ALGORITHMS, COORDINATION AND THE CARTWRIGHT ACT
In October 2025, California Assembly Bill 325 was signed into law, amending the Cartwright Act to more effectively address hub-and-spoke algorithmic price-fixing.
